Lims Wireless purchases service from Verizon, we are an authorized reseller.

Do you have unlimited with no contract?

Yes, we do! We offer star link internet for the people that want to ditch the dish network or direct tv.

What is the warranty on the equipment?

All equipment provided by Lims Wireless has a one-year warranty, theft, water damage and tampering with installed equipment is not covered. Our service comes with a 60-day warranty. $49 service fee for a technician visit after 60 days.

What if the service doesn’t operate properly?

Please contact us, we will troubleshoot over the phone and send a tech if needed. We are like baseball rules when it comes to making your service correct if we can’t fix it after three strikes we will refund for the service- $125 nonrefundable for equipment.

Does Lims Wireless offer referrals?

Yes, existing customers and new customers both can refer. One referral = 1 free month service bill credit, no limit on referrals. Referred customer must keep service for 3 months before bill credit is approved.

Does Lims Wireless work everywhere?

Lims Wireless is available nationwide, we use Verizon network, so we have the best availability. Contact us, we can check your address for service.

 

Is there a late fee for non payment?

There is no fee for being late ,however after three days our system automatically disconnects for missed payment. We prepay monthly for the service so if you dont pay,we still have to. This is  prepaid service so you are paying from the 11th to 11th monthly. If you decide to cancel you have to cancel by the 10th ,if not you will be responsable for the following month.Please call if you have any issues with your billing.
