At the beginning of the pandemic I got sick with Covid-19. It was a very mild case so I was never tested or hospitalized. After about a month or two I realized I wasn’t getting better, in fact I was getting worse. Fast forward 5 years and I still have this, it is known as Long Covid, it has up or over 200 symptoms and during this rough time of figuring out what was going on with my Chronic Illness I needed a emotional support animal. After some research (one of my illnesses is chronic fatigue syndrome) we found a Frenchie is a rare puppy with a chill personality and a fun family dog as well. So we found Frank and just like kids he was such a sweet boy and we all loved him so much that three months later we called Ms. Nancy again to get Ruby. They snore and smile, they sleep in our beds, lay on our couch, Ruby sits at the table on the chair during dinner like one of the kids. September we lost my (Step)dad, that’s when we got Autumn. We take them everywhere, and never leave them alone. We have become those weird dog people. They are family.
